Popular among many Irish people is the traditional home cooked full Irish breakfast, the tastiest breakfast you could ask for. With Eggs, bacon, Sausages and lots more it’s certainly a breakfast recipe that will satisfy.

What is a full Irish breakfast?

The basic ingredient for the recipe is usually the same all over Ireland but there are variations usually among different locations. So what is in an Irish breakfast?

How to make an full Irish breakfast

Shallow fry the bacon, sausages, eggs and Black & White Pudding until cooked. Chop up tomatoes and fry in a low heat until softly cooked. Make sure to drain the cooked food in paper towels and serve. A couple rounds of toast with a cup of tea is sure hard to beat with an Irish breakfast. You can also bake your own Soda Bread to be included with the Irish breakfast.

As mentioned above there are variations of an traditional Irish breakfast, a fry-up. One example if the Ulster fry which has its own combinations of ingredients.
