With the anniversary of September 11th approaching I wanted a way to pay my own respect to all who lost their lives on the tragic day but I found this blog that has an idea on how to pay tribute to the victims.

2,996 is a tribute to the victims of 9/11 that will have 2,996 bloggers volunteer to each create a post on September 11th 2006 paying respect to one person who had lost their life. Once you create an account you will be emailed the details of one person who you should post your tribute too.

If you plan on doing a tribute post for September 11th consider joining 2,996.
