Skeleton found from Ancient Ireland
A human skeleton was found this week in Rathlin Island off the County Antrim coast, the remains are dating back approximately 4,000 years ago from the Bronze age. It is said the remains were found in a fetal like position with a food vessel that would indicate a cist burial.
While archaeologists study the skeleton that was found beside Rathlins only pub the locals are saying the bones are similar to those that have been found on the island over the past number of years.
The skeleton remains that were only found on Monday are still being studied by Ireland leading archaeologists and say the find is a remarkable find from ancient Ireland.
