Another popular mix of drink with the Irish in America is the Irish Car Bomb, sometimes I wonder how in appropriate that name is.

The Irish Car Bomb is a cocktail not really popular in Ireland; except for those who had been to America and brought the idea back to Ireland.

I was introduced to the Irish Car Bomb by a friend who had been to Boston, he returned full of new ideas on how to make certain drinks. Now with being in America myself I have plenty of memories, and lacking some, of doing Irish Car Bombs which can leave you somewhat wasted.
